ERICSSON, Chicago, IL                     

Market Lead Construction Manager III                                                      2009 – April 2015 

·      Assistant Project Manager and Lead Construction Manager on the AT&T/Alltel 600 site project in the central region.

·      Led weekly meeting determining the status of market project, realign the schedule, and send the updated data to executive management team of Ericsson.

·      Created scopes of work to construction vendor to turn into bid packages and to complete work at site.

·      Ensured all PO’s, consent, construction drawings and permits were in place before issuing work.

·      Tracked all progress on site acquisition, construction, and give status reports to the customer daily.

·      Prepared and loaded closeout documentation into Siterra for the customers review an acceptance.

·      Tracked and corrected all site deficiencies and ensured all departments received notification.

·      Lead Implementation Manager on Dave Wireless UMTS new build project in Toronto Canada.

·      Conducted site walks and created drawings of the site to use as exhibits in leasing packages.

·      Inputted all site information into Site Handler Ericssons document storage system.

·      Built basic EPL and none EPL material lists for site equipment configuration and placed orders.

·      Lead Construction Manager on AT&T UMTS, 2^nd Carrier and Tower MOD project Build in Indianapolis, IN.

·      Managed and tracked 15 crews conducting site audits, gave daily status report to customer and Ericsson.

·      Conducted 380 feed packages in order to ensure RFDS and scopes of work were correct and complete.

·      Planned and held training how the sites should be built and scheduled to meet time lines.

·      Supervised the construction of 134 2^nd Carrier sites with a run rate of eleven sites a week utilizing 12 crews.

·      Supervised a Tower MOD build of 70 sites with a run rate of nine sites a week utilizing 10 crews.

·      Delivered daily tracker of project status to AT&T, the GC’s and Ericsson Management teams and conferenced with customer weekly to go over site status of Site Acquisition, Construction and Closeout.

 

CRICKET, Chicago, IL            2007 – 2008

Contracted Lead Construction Manager    

·      Supervised the daily performance of 3 Construction Managers while undertaking Crickets network build.

·      Reviewed and redlined construction drawing using input from RF, site acquisition and local city authorities.

·      Managed and tracked crews conducting site audits and uploaded findings and reports into Siterra for RF to use for site selection.

·      Tracked site acquisition teams insuring construction readiness, property owner info, jurisdictional restrictions, structural, and building permits. 

·      Conducted BID walks for new site construction with GC’s and insured the GC’s met Cricket standards.

·      Delivered daily tracker of project status and concerns to Cricket management.

·      Reviewed final drawing and created a bill of materials based on findings.

·      Overall responsible for the site acquisition and construction on 200 sites in the Chicago South market for Cricket Communication.

 

ERICCSON, Chicago, IL            2006 – 2007

Contracted Construction Manager II  

·      Construction Manager on the T-Mobile UMTS Build in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

·      Reviewed and turned in 400+ site audits to T-Mobile for RFDS completion.

·      Tracked and Managed 15 crews conducting site audits and gave daily status report to the costumer and Ericsson upper Management.

·      Helped created national training plan used for the training of the ASP before project launch.

·      Construction Manager on Cingular UMTS/ RET build in San Francisco Bay area for Ericsson.

·      Conducted punch walks to insure all equipment was properly installed and reported all deficiencies.

·      Delivered daily tracker of project status to Cingular, the GC’s and Ericsson Management teams.

·      Reviewed UMTS/RET closeout documents to insure quality and accuracy before delivery to customer.

·      Delivered 294 closeout packages to Cingular receiving 100% acceptance.

 

BECHTEL, Atlanta, GA            2006

Consultant Project Manager (Greythorne)

·   Project Manager on Cingular UMTS builds in New Orleans area for Bechtel.

·   Involved in all project phases including, bid walks, equipment orders, construction, quality control and closeout delivery.

·   Lead Field Supervisor on Cingular UMTS/ Growth integration project conducted in Seattle for Lucent.

·   Tested lines on newly renovated Cingular sites and became the onsite liaison, assured customer satisfaction while supervising all contracted personnel on rip and replace, Ericsson to Nokia.

·   Conducted site walks ensuring all equipment installed achieved completion properly and met AT&T guidelines before the night of cutover and systems launch.

 

CINGULAR, Atlanta, GA            2006

Consultant Lead Technician

·   Worked as a Decommission Technician for Cingular rip and replace in Atlanta market, Nokia to Ericsson.

·   Performed site surveys for installation of cellular equipment and entered information into a database.

 

Consultant Project Lead

·   Managed and supervised 5 test teams for a Cingular UMTS project in the Atlanta market.

·   Responsible for all logistical support to include equipment delivery and to ensure personnel were where they needed to be.
